We are now seeking to recruit a Billing Administrator to work within our Blackburn based Shared Service Centre on a temporary 6 month contract.
As the successful Billing Administrator, you will be responsible for Checking, scheduling and sending out invoices/preapprovals to customers in an accurate and timely fashion, filling out data change & ad-hoc billing, preparation of Excel spreadsheets, processing/validating customer charges and working closely with the Billing Controllers to ensure all duties are carried out effectively.
In order to be considered you will need to possess previous experience in a similar, administrative role, a minimum of 6 G.C.S.E`s (or equivalent) grade C and above (including Mathematics and English and be fully competent with Microsoft Office, including Word & Excel.
The role therefore requires an individual with high levels of credibility and strong communication skills.
