We have an exciting opportunity for a Call Centre Coordinator to join our team based in Bolton. The successful candidate will join us on a part time, permanent basis working Monday- Friday 11:00-14:30 and will receive a competitive salary of up to 9,250 per annum depending on experience.

About the Call Centre Coordinator role

Our team are looking to recruit an experienced Call Centre Coordinator on a permanent basis to support and assist Operations in the provision of reactive maintenance in order to maintain and develop the Estate.

Key Responsibilities of our Call Centre Coordinator

- To answer calls received by the Helpdesk from Practices.

- To contribute to achieving team KPI's by providing excellent service levels and productivity.

- Ensure that all calls are logged accurately and promptly in line with call logging procedures.

- Provide help, support and excellent customer service to practices.

- To personally provide a committed and determined approach to managing problems.

- Escalate any issues reported that affect UDA delivery that could have impact upon Practices.

- Build effective and successful working relationships with Head Office and Operations teams to ensure that Practice problems are resolved quickly.

- Maintain all Helpdesk reference information by ensuring that guides and databases are updated at all times.

- Develop knowledge and understanding of Property department processes for personal development.

What we're looking for in our Call Centre Coordinator

- Capable of operating to specific deadlines and working under pressure

- Good communication skills, be able to support a variety of customers under a wide range of circumstances.

- Must be able to build rapport with customers on the telephone.

- Confident IT user with experience of working with Microsoft Office and in house systems. Ideally Intermediate level with Microsoft Office.

- Have experience of working in a customer focused environment.

- Have a resilient attitude and be motivated by the challenge of providing the best possible service level for patients.

- Able to diary plan, prioritise and delegate effectively
