You will be working for...

A company launched in 2000, which is a 'Top of the League' acquisition / sales outsourcer that exceeds customer targets, reduces risk and drives exceptional return on investment for clients in many sectors.

They have over 250 employees based at their Glasgow City Centre office and generate over a 150,000 sales a year on behalf of clients in the Utility, Telecommunications and Charity sectors.

In this job you will be...

Scanning & uploading compliance sheets

Reporting on sales and completing excel spreadsheets as requested

Dealing with general admin duties as when required

Your training will...

Start with a 12-14 month IT apprenticeship, which consists of training in small groups and work based assessment covering: Operating systems, Server administration, Customer support, Networking and Security.

You will gain a Diploma for Information Technology & Telecommunications Professionals SCQF Level 6 plus MCP in Windows 7/8 Configuration and Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices Part 1.

The candidate must have at least 5 standards (Level 1 - 3) OR 5 National Level 5 grades, both qualifications must include Maths and English.

Other important information:

Flexible working hours: Monday 1pm-9pm; Tuesday & Wednesday 11am-7pm; Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 10am-6pm
