Customer Service / Reception Temps Required

We are an extremely busy recruitment company based in the west end of London. We are dealing with a wide variety of clients based in both the city and the west end. We are dealing with many of London's leading organisations across all industry sectors and constantly have a need for excellent customer service temps with some work experience working within an office, hospitality or premium retail based environments.

We have an immediate need for temps that are immediately available. Our client owes and operates serviced offices within the M25, mainly within central London. We have a particular urgent need for amazing candidates with a natural flair for customer service. Responsibilities are varied, but will primarily be frontline reception, meeting and greeting clients, taking in deliveries, distributing post, answering calls and booking meeting rooms. You will also be responsible for assisting with meeting rooms, meeting and greeting delegates, offering refreshments, cleaning away meeting rooms, setting-up rooms for meetings etc.

Dress code is corporate, smart suit. Hours are generally 8.30-6pm.
