About the role:
The Individual Giving Team works as a part of the larger Fundraising Department supporting each other on a daily basis and you must be willing and able to work within this supportive network. As Database Assistant you will provide admin support to the Fundraising Department and a technical support service to the database officers.
You will need to be well organised, with excellent attention to detail and strong admin skills and be able to settle in and support the team quickly. Some experience of using a database and of data entry is essential and an understanding of the Data Protection Act would be useful.
In return they will provide the specialist training and support for you to be able to use their IT systems and databases.
