A unique opportunity has arisen within DEBRA for an Income Processor to join the team based in Crowthorne. You will join us on a part time, permanent basis working 25 hours per week and will receive a competitive salary of Circa £21,000 per annum (FTE).
DEBRA is the national charity that supports individuals and families affected by Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) - a genetic condition which causes the skin to blister and shear at the slightest friction or even spontaneously. We have a vision of a world where no one suffers from this painful condition.
An opportunity has arisen at the Charity for a part time Income Processor to join the team at their Head Office based in Crowthorne, Berkshire. This is an exciting time to join a developing team, with opportunities to expand your skill set.
About the Income Processor role
This post involves carrying out all tasks to ensure that all income received through individual donation as well as fundraising events is processed timely and accurately as well as a variety of other administrative activities.
Key responsibilities as our Income Processor will include:
- Maintaining accurate and accessible records on the organisation's database;
- Processing all types of income received directly to the office and the organisation's bank accounts;
- Processing all income received via third parties including Payroll Giving, Just Giving, Virgin Money and Pay Pal;
- Complete and submit monthly gift aid claim forms;
- General office administration.
To become our Income Processor we are seeking an individual with exceptional administration skills, who is organised and competent at using Excel and other Microsoft applications.
The successful candidate will be a team player with the ability to deal with a variety of different demands.
