Salary: £7,592 rising to £8,150 (after 3 month probation) + bonus (up to £200 per month!) - Part Time
Hours: Part-time - 20 Hours per Week | Mon - Fri -5pm - 9pm

Part-time Outbound Retention Agent with Customer Service, Sales and/or Call Centre experience is highly sought by a multiple award winning games studio based in Birmingham who are the UK's largest privately owned mobile e-gaming studio! In this position, you will work within a fast-paced contact centre environment and be responsible for making outbound calls to our customers to help improve engagement across our bingo, slot and casino games. You will have the opportunity to achieve monthly sales targets and earn up to £200 per month by delivering an excellent level of customer service and engagement!
You will ideally have previous call centre, sales or customer service experience, have a fantastic enthusiasm for customer engagement and be a great communicator with the ability to work towards challenging bonus related targets!
Key skills we're looking for
- Previous Sales, Customer Service and/or Call Centre experience
- Excellent communication skills (have a passion, enthusiasm and interest in engaging people)
- High levels of motivation to improve your career aspirations!
Bonus points for
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience working in the Bingo, Slots or Casino industry
