3 x Day Receptionists / Administrators - Shifts: 7am - 2pm, 9am - 4pm and 2pm - 9pm (over 7 days)
2 x Average 32.5 hours per week over 7 days
Basic salary £14,186.99 per annum plus enhancements for weekends and bank holidays
1 x Average 26 hours per week over 7 days.
Basic salary £11,339.77 per annum plus enhancements for weekends and bank holidays
4 x Night Receptionists / Administrators - Shift: 9pm - 7am (over 7 days)
35 hours per week over 7 days
Basic salary £15,266.97 plus time and a third enhancements for working nights.
They are looking to recruit 3 x Day and 4 x night Receptionists / Administrators to join their existing Reception Team to work in the Main Administration Building.
The role will involve assisting visitors and staff with information; telephone duties and message taking; room booking; sorting and distributing of internal and external post, preparation and maintenance of weekly bed statements, telephone and car registration lists; control issue of keys and fuel cards for our transport fleet; archiving and any other ad-hoc tasks.
In addition, the Night Receptionists will be required to carry out site patrols; lock up and secure buildings and gates across site; monitor CCTV system including main drive and barrier and meet and greet emergency services and direct to incident, handover information and offer assistance if required.
The successful candidates will be warm and friendly with excellent communication skills; they will be flexible and committed to working as part of a team. Experience of Microsoft Office is desirable as is previous experience of working in a reception / administrative and/or security role front of house.
