Our busy Promotions office are looking for personable, bubbly and confident individuals to join our young and vibrant events team. Starting from entry level, successful candidates will be trained on customer service, dealing with customer enquiries at private on-site events through to administration in the office, keeping track of sales records, scheduling events - booking venue locations, managing client campaigns and take on responsibilities in HR and finance towards the end of their training.
Common tasks throughout training include:
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Welcoming customers and clients at events
- Coordinating events
- Event scheduling and venue booking
- HR, Recruiting and training new staff
- Budgeting Venues
- Documenting sales
- Liaising with events team
- Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
Full training is provided, however, work experience in reception/administration/ customer service/retail/hospitality/events is ideal!
