Our client, a national disability charity, is looking for an experienced Rota Coordinator / Administrator to coordinate and effectively manage staff and client rotas for their Hampshire Domiciliary Care Service which provides support for people in their own homes.
Main tasks involve maintaining the Rota Management database (CARAS) and the Electronic Care Monitoring (ECM) system. In addition, within ECM you will be required to review staff call ins and reconcile the shift data between both systems to produce a weekly income analysis for the local authority. You will liaise with agencies to provide staff cover as required and be first point of contact for staff enquiries regarding rotas.
The ideal candidate will be experienced with Rota Management within Domiciliary Care Services and be able to demonstrate good organisational and administrative skills. You will have the ability to type accurately and use Microsoft Office packages including Word, Outlook and in particular Excel.
You will need to be self-motivated and to prioritise as you will occasionally be working on your own. Strong communication skills are essential for this role along with excellent organisational and time-management skills.
