As a Sales Administrator, you will join a 25 strong group of people supporting the Jaguar Land Rover fleet and Business Team.
The team is tasked with increasing sales of Jaguar Land Rover products, looking after existing customers and managing the administration of the sales process.
Specifically, your role will involve supporting large customer accounts. You will be involved in a wide range of activities including large scale data manipulation, query resolution, quote and order generation and enquiry response.
You will follow up on the manufacturing process, making sure vehicles are delivered to retailers and dealerships within the required time and analyse and report on customer data. Following up on the registration process, you will obtain handover documents, update the database with changes to customer details and ensure customer files and managed and organised effectively.
Additionally, you will be tasked with:
- Processing dealer handling invoices, raising invoices and tracking payments
- Liaising with retailers, end customers and other departments
- Preparing reports for internal use and customers or retailers
So, is this the role for you? If so, you will need previous experience as a sales co-ordinator or previous administration experience. Equally important will be your analytical mindset and fastidious approach to information.
