Sales Coordinator

Wise Employment have a fantastic temp to perm opportunity available to start first week of January 2017 for an aspiring Sales Coordinator to join a small operational team in running their manufacturing and warehouse departments.

You will be reporting into the Sales Director and responsible for the day to day customer service coordination.

Working hours of 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday with an hour for lunch.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

- Acting as first point of contact for all customers
- Following the entire process through from quotation to the customers receipt of the product
- Keeping a register of all quotes sent and follow up where possible
- Taking of incoming orders and processing through on the in-house system whilst keeping a register
- Liaising with internal departments from product order to where it needs to be despatched to
- Producing of purchase order numbers and invoices
- Produce the daily information sheet of readily available stock - order further stock where necessary
- Keep up to date the live customer order file
- Communicate with customers on a regular basis and keep them updated of any changes / delays

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Have experience in an order processing, sales admin or warehouse admin position
- Able to work on all MS Packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Knowledge of stock control
- Experience of dealing with invoices
