Sales and Marketing Administrator

Are you an experienced administrator with a confident telephone manner looking for a new challenge? Would you like to join a company at a very exciting time of development? If so, this role as a temporary Sales and Marketing Administrator could be just the opportunity you have been looking for!

This role will be part of a new team based in central Taunton. The successful candidate will have strong administration and organisational skills, ideally with some marketing knowledge. They must have good IT skills and be willing to support the sales team offering the current and new ranges of school consultancy/improvement services and new range of awards.

The role will also involve contacting warm leads to follow up and potentially up-sell the services of the company so you must be happy to undertake outbound calls if necessary and have a professional telephone manner. You should be confident to pick up the telephone and speak to decision makers, using a consultative approach.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in an administrative role, ideally within sales support, customer service or marketing. Also if you have previously worked within the Further Education or training administration you also have the right skills for this role. You must be highly motivated and driven to succeed. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.

This is a temporary role starting in January 2017 and will be on an ongoing basis. Due to the high number of applications expected for this role we will only be able to respond directly to those applicants whose skills and experience closely match the role requirements.
