Sales and Marketing Administrator

Temporary to Permanent Vacancy

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Administrator

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm, Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm

Salary: 15k per annum plus performance-related bonus

Location: Stoke on Trent

Candidate Requirements:

Education & Experience Required:

- Good standard of education - including GCSE or equivalent Maths and English language qualifications grade C or above
- Previous administration experience preferred but not essential
- Competent with Microsoft Office Suite

Personal Attributes Required:

- Good attention to detail
- Down to earth
- Organised
- Confident and resilient - ability to liaise with individuals of all levels from shop floor to management

Job Description:

We are working with a local and well established Manufacturing company and have an opportunity for a sales and marketing administrator to join their small but busy team. You will be responsible for processing orders, contributing to new and ongoing projects expanding the product base and increasing sales, and will be responsible for updating and developing areas of marketing outlets including the website and brochures.

Duties include:

- Processing sales orders
- Maintaining the CRM system
- Assistance with sales and marketing development including data collection, analysis and design
- Updating and maintaining the website and social media pages
- Creation and development of marketing materials such as brochures
- Assistance with some accounting elements such as debt chasing
- Any other general administrative duties
