RZ Group are working closely with an established and successful Financial Services Organisation, we are recruiting on behalf of their Birmingham based location for a Sales Support Administrator on a full time permanent basis.

The position of the Sales Support Officer is to assist the Personal Finance Management Team with administrative assistance in relation to sales activity.

* Provide administrative support to the Personal Finance Team
* Prepare and produce general reports in relation to sales activity
* Direct incoming post as appropriate
* General administrative tasks (filing, taking calls, coordinating expenses)
* Ensure all tasks are completed and delivered in line with agreed deadlines and service standards

Key Skills and Experience

* Educated to a minimum GCSE level (A-C)
* Have strong attention to detail
* Experience supporting a sales team
* Have Customer service focused experience
* Have strong communication skills
